I will share the life-changing habits that have allowed me to maintain my weight for over a decade. This includes how to select better foods, how to shop, meal planning, how to cook simple and delicious recipes, healthy restaurant eating and balancing food and fitness with work and travel. I will help you find ways to move your body that feel good and that will be long-lasting and sustainable.
You should be aware that I don’t subscribe to one specific theory, approach or fads. Nor do I believe in diets or dwelling on calories, carbs, fats or proteins. In my opinion, nutritional analysis leads to eating paralysis! So, I don't eat 100% organic. I eat some packaged foods. And, I like to indulge in treats once in a while. What I do believe in is eating whole foods, moving your body and learning how to deal with stressful triggers. These are the foundations for a healthy and happy life.

Together we will explore what types of food and exercise programs will work best for you. Through ongoing support and guidance, I will help you be successful in achieving your goals. This guidance covers shopping, meal planning and preparing healthy meals. I will work with you to find exercises that you enjoy and will fit your schedule.
