Your situation is unique and we will discuss your challenges in depth to determine how best to reach your goals.

After your one hour initial consultation you will have greater clarity and at least 3 actions to help you accomplish your objectives and overcome your obstacles.

  • Two 60 minute Health Coaching sessions per month.
  • Guidance in setting and accomplishing goals in a way that is empowering and exciting.

  • Learn ways to fit physical activity into your life that will work for your lifestyle or to up your game and bring your fitness to the next level.
  • Understanding and reducing your cravings.
  • Learning about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet.
  • Understand ways to master your relationship with food.
  • Identify and cultivate ways to reduce stress levels.
  • Guidance in shopping, meal planning, cooking and navigating food labels.
  • Recipes will be provided that are healthy and easy to prepare.

Your program includes:

  • Three 60 minute sessions with me to clarify your challenges and goals. We will devise specific action steps to give you a solid foundation for a healthier and happier You!
  • Learn ways to fit physical activity into your life that will work for your lifestyle or to up your game and bring your fitness to the next level.
  • One 90 minute Kitchen Rehab which includes a Pantry and Fridge Evaluation and Label Reading Tutorial. You will have the tools to keep the “better for you” foods on hand.
  • A review of how to stock your pantry, fridge and freezer with healthier foods.
  • One 90 minute supermarket or health food store excursion. This alone could change your health for life! Learn how to shop with confidence so that you will select foods you love and keep moving towards your goals. 
  • Recipes will be provided that are healthy and easy to prepare. 
  • Simple and informative handouts to increase your nutrition and exercise knowledge.
  • Email support between sessions.
